I bring my Saint Bernard here every month as they suggested. Wanted to have him there every 2 weeks but Renae and Jo recommended otherwise to maintain the health of Loki's coat. I felt really pleased to know they're not just there to make more. They actually care for our Fur babies. Great Job Team!

Staff is very friendly, Luna came out looking shiny and smelling so nice. We will use their services again!

My dog Donna had a lovely hair cut today at Lucy's Dog Grooming. Not only does she look great, but she comes home really happy. The staff at Lucy's are so genuine and kind to the dogs. It's easy to see they are passionate about what they do. I have been to other groomers who do a good job, but my pet comes home traumatised and gets nervous when I drop her off. When we go to Lucy's she is excited! This is the only groomer we'll go to from now on!

By far the best groomers we have ever been too. Poor harley was cut at another groomers and now has associated trauma. They go above and beyond with trying to help him through it and try and groom him the best they can. He always smells amazing and feels amazing! Thanks Lucy!

My fussy lil Prince has been going to Lucy's since his first groom. He has been to 2 other groomers but we have had bad experiences with both. Lucys always takes great care of Prince. He is quite scared of people and cries if we try to leave him anywhere, but as soon as he walks into Lucy's, he calms down and doesn't fuss when we leave. The premise is clean, organized and sanitized well. They are extremely considerate of individual pets and requests. Renee is absolutely amazing. Her and the staff always makes sure Prince is comfortable and he always leaves happy, handsome, with a lovely haircut and always smells amazing!Lucy herself is absolutely amazing and her undying love for dogs is apparent and that is why I wouldn't trust anyone else with my precious baby.

Been once and staff really friendly and professional. Followed my requests perfectly and Pipi got a play with some new friends. Will be booking again in a few weeks.

We have a 3 month old cavoodle pup and they did a nice little touch up to clear his eyes and toes and private areas. He looked adorable and super happy after it. Highly recommend.
