Physio Connect Westgate

New in the area and needed physiotherapy, super happy I found Physio Connect. Brigid was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and knew what she was doing, honestly the best physiotherapist I've been to in a long time! Zoe did some acupuncture, my first time so didn't know what to expect, she was gentle and explained everything, and exceeded my expectations with the healing of my injury. Thanks for the great work!

Have always had a fantastic experience at Physio Connect. My most recent experience was with Adam who helped me recover from a knee injury and offered a lot of helpful advice around futureproofing my body for ongoing physical activity that I now implement into my weekly routine.I've also had amazing acupuncture from Boon, something I'd had a poor experience with previously but now recommend to everyone. Both Boon and Helen (now at Physio Connect Glenfield) rehabilitated me for an entire year and I was able to fully recover from a bad injury.I always recommend Physio Connect Westgate or other branches to friends/family. I have had a great experience with Physio Connect Westgate. Mikee (Mikhaela) Cruz is an amazing physio, very friendly and shows genuine care in your health with great communication around organizing appointments and follow up questions to the exercises I was given. My recovery was fast and easy thanks to her support and care.I also tried out Acupuncture with Victoria Lee and while it was my first time, her kindness and care for her work made the experience not only smooth but very relaxing as well during every session and the effect it had on my pain was awesome.Both are definitely highly recommended!

I had appt with Junior Physio on the 21/06/22At 1pm. A young boy took me in the room and he said i have been squeezed in the appointments and it will be only short appointement, i was wearing thick jumper which was covering my back neck as well and he didnt even told me to take of the jumper, as i had neck injury, he was touching from the top of the jumper and i did ask him if he wants me to take off the jumper, he said no. I couldnt feel a thing what he was doing to my neck and shoulder. After 10 mins of buslhit talking which i was told by their other previous physio he told me will make another appointment. I took my time off from work to see them and it was just a waste. I wasnt told that i have been squeezed in the appointement when i initially made the appointment, if i get a appointment and you get paid for it, i want you guys to check me up properly, i come there for treatment not to wast my time.

My experience with Physio Connect Westgate was wonderful. First, the staff that looked after me was lovely. Mikhaela Mikee" Cruz (Physiotherapy) and Boon (acupuncture) did a great job

It was hard to make initial contact as website requests and 0800 phone messages are largely ignored due to no admin staff at the clinic, so I had to go in and ask for an appointment at a later date. Once the first booking was made the treatment I received from Adam and Linus were great! I definitely recommend the extra effort initially to get yourself inside their system, as the follow-up once the treatment starts is really good.

Excellent service. Michael is the most informative, thorough Physio I have ever encountered. I went from struggling with a very frustrating back injury to pain-free within weeks. The exercises, stretches and guidance were exceptional. I am now back to doing my baseline workouts pain-free and with new techniques to avoid re-injury. Life changing. Highly recommend!

Caleb and Zoe are absolutely amazing and I could not have asked for better care. Caleb is such an exceptional practitioner, extremely knowledgeable and the best physiotherapist I have ever come across. It is only a few months after I started seeing him with a serious shoulder injury and my pain is gone, I have a much wider range of movement and I am stronger than before the injury. I also appreciate his holistic approach which is long term focused and not just a quick fix. I cannot say how grateful I am for Caleb’s and Zoe’s amazing skills and expertise and the lovely way they treat their patients.
