Always busy. Used a gift voucher. My cabinet selection was cold and had to be sent back for heating. One of the coffees was wrong one and corrected and given a price correction. Staff were very helpful. Coffee was quite weak. Very good setting.

Popped in for a takeout coffee Sunday 15 January while visiting Whakatane for a sports tournament. Quick service, excellent coffee but the stand out had to be the two absolutely delightful young women who served me. Friendly and chatty, they are a credit to the company and themselves. Will return

When I asked what the most popular coffee is here, the staff explained to me the difference of coffees. I am not sure if it is because this place does not have any popular one or the question was too difficult for the staff to understand. Coffee was okay.
