TANK Takanini - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Fast and friendly service. I have never been to Tank before, so I asked the girl (Lauren , I think her name was) for recommendations. She was very helpful and explained the differences in the smoothies and juices for me. I finally decided on the All berry tank. It was Delicious. I recommend it to my family, so they went down that day and purchased 3 other ones to try. Fantastic service, I highly recommend you give it a try.

Come into tank at 1000am today 12/01/23 and the girl who was on had a big attitude the minute i walked in she was serving me when I asked her a question she turned away and carried on doing her own business and rolled her eyes , I asked her if it was 2 for 15.90 then she said with an attitude. I was being totally nice to her and she gave me this unessecry attitude I was going to order but then I decided why should I give this place any business with this attitude . It only takes 30 seconds to be nice and smile last I was walking out I told her I would make a complaint about her and here it isPlease be nice to customers as you would want to be treated when you go into any place .

Very good service today..Thanks to Poonam...She is like perfect in her work ...Very fast , clean and tidy preparation of food....

This site needs to pay attention to their ingredients and how to prepare. I’ve been to various Tank locations and the salad/meat taste of this Takanini branch is very odd compared to the others. I would suggest investing into your business a bit more. I’ve given about 3 to 4 chances here, today was the last. Hope you sort this circus out.

Lazy, rude and obnoxious staff. If their manager thinks you cant expect much from workers on minimum wage on weekends he or she just needs to go to botany junction tank to see what the service to supposed to be like.Botany junction tank 5 starsTakanini tank I would give a 0 star if I could.

Just some customer service feedback from a Senior Retail Manager - regardless of if you have completed the order and also called out the name.When a customer comes into store & you SEE them FOUR seperate times, staring directly at you from the till area, clearly standing there waiting to be acknowledged and served. Say hello & how can I help you. That is literally the bare min in customer service that one should do in their customer service roles. 3 people working, 2 of those people saw me & allowed me to just stand there without being served/greeted & because they were far away from me, I was being polite and not yelling to get their attention to serve the customer (aka me). In the end - I did have to raise my voice for them to acknowledge me & then they try to justify them making me wait by saying “I called out your order before”. Like cool - but how was I meant to know that if 1) you don’t serve me or even acknowledge I’m in your store & 2) wasn’t even instore to hear my name get called out, so in the end. I had to approach your staff with a raised voice to be able to get them to serve me instead of ignore me

Came into the takanini tank at around 15:30 today 11 March 2023. The girl that was there had absolutely no customer service experience. My partner and I wanted a build your own salad combo, the ingredients where not out on display and the girl that served us said if you are use to tank you should know the ingredients " ....we then said we can't remember all the things they have so we asked her to show us the ingredients and she only brought half of it and then when we ask her to bring the rest she rolled her eyes at us and kept telling us to hurry up and choose the ingredients. We can understand that there maybe shortage of staff but that is no excuse to give poor customer service....if any at all.The other girl thar is new was very nice and friendly....unfortunately the rude girl that was training her also gave the same attitude towards the new girl."

Tried to get tank 2 days in a row and could not because of no staff, then the 3rd day I arrive with a full store and only 1 worker. 1 of the 3 kiosks I used wasn’t working then to find once we got our 2 drinks that there was plastic inside of the drink !! Not good enough for a large franchisee. But wait there’s more… plastic that is !! Procedures needs to change asap so it doesn’t happen again… Would have given no stars if I could.

I just had a big size of juice n service so bad n quality n quantity nothing what you paid for as compared to other branches I will not recommend others to come n buy anything there.

Love this Tank location. Friendly staff, one I spoke to last week was new and we had a really lovely conversation. They respectfully asked about my moko kauae. It was lovely to be asked and to have kōrero about it. They had some things out of stock for the smoothies but offered different combinations and alternatives which was great. Smoothie still tasted lovely.
