July 2023We stopped for a Coffee and a bite to eat. It was late in the day and the proprietor was happy to accommodate us with our chosen coffes and very kindly brought us a selection of cakes that were just taken from the display cabinet.

Black Velvets Cafe
Arrived late in the day but they were still happy to serve up great coffees and small snacks. Had run out of trim milk for wife's coffee but had had an almond milk alternative. The coffee was nice (and hot!!!). The vegan chocolate cake was devine- didn't realize I would like it so much ..... not being a vegan. Will definitely stop there again.

Had a delicious gluten free brownie, a yummy roast vege croissant and a vanilla cappuccino. Awesome friendly service and great food. Highly recommend.

Service was good. Coffee was pretty bad unfortunately. They didn't have trim or Almond milk which would've been okay but the coffees were not good. We finished a quarter of them and then stopped somewhere else instead.

Loved the coffee and chicken drumsticks.Marion was a fan of the veg fritter.Great service will stop again for sure
