Amazing service - I pull in here, no appointment, few days out from Xmas needing a brake light fixed, before we head out of town for the holidays. Doreen got one of her team members onto it quickly, was in and out within 10 mins, at no charge. Thank you so much Doreen you truly are an angel, I will definitely be returning to Mayne Automotive. Took my car in yesterday to fix a scratch. Really impressed with the quality of the work done. They took my walk-in and everything was done before the end of the day. The staff are also very friendly. Thanks!

Cant comment on the mechanical services but took the car here for wof, as it turns out they get vtnz to do this so it was expensive and it failed on something which wasnt even a problem when i got my mechanic to check. Went back again for recheck and it passed, it was such a hassle that i wont be coming back here.

It was my first booking with them for WOF. Did online booking on a Friday and they responded on the same day and got a booking after the long weekend. Dropped my car 1st thing in the morning before work. They worked on my car and updated me on what was needed to be changed and fixed. Car was ready for pick up after work the same day. Friendly team. Excellent efficient services at reasonable cost. Will definitely return.

This team at Prince Street Onehunga offered me immediate service without appointment on bad wet weather when my car screen wipers failed. I was very desperate and was impressed they never turned me down. The service was excellent and quickly discharged. I greatly recommend them because they take time to listen to your case and are not stereo-typed about advance appointment. Moreover professional service is discharged with great respect to the client.

Just want to share the amazing and friendly customer service at Mayne. The team changed my tyres and also gave a very good cleaning to my car. I was surprised when I took my car and the inside/outside was all cleaned.Thanks very much to surprise me in a such good way.100% recommended:) :) :)

Giving a 1 start review after a disappointing experience to which I tried to discuss with them via their contact page to which I never got a reply.I was quoted $140 for a tyre for my small Toyota, which I thought was reasonable. I dropped my car in and he called me 30 minutes later throwing all this jargon at me that I didn’t really understand at the time, but essentially said the tyre was going to cost $240. I said I’d call my partner to check as that was a huge amount of money for one tyre. I called him back and said we would look elsewhere and he was insistent that it needed an 88 weight load rating and not an 84 and put the pressure on saying that it would be hard to find that tyre up and down the country. After picking up the car I looked in the glovebox where I saw the manufacturer recommended the tyre be an 84 weight load, essentially confirming I was blatantly lied to. I found one easily and a decent price just down the road.I have lost complete trust and feel so disheartened by your business when I went out of my way to support local and rainbow after finding you in the rainbow directory
