Were very pleasant to deal with but quite expensive compared to another large funeral home that I wish we had used. Money is not looked at when you are under the stress of organising a funeral. It is only when you see the bill later that you realise exactly how much they charged.

Dill's did a fantastic good looking after my Grandma a few weeks ago. From collection to the service they handled everything with care, empathy and allowed us to put our personal touches on the service. Well done Dill's i would highly recommend you

Dil’s and Stacey made what was a very devastating and confusing time for us easier. We felt cared for, looked after and like nothing was ever unreasonable or too much to ask. We were always treated with respect and empathy.And as an aside, the facilities are immaculate.Thank you.

Despite a bad initial call to an external call centre, this place was really good with the funeral of my beloved partner. From the moment I met Stacey I was in safe hands. She was comforting and helpful all the way through and had to deal with my extreme emotions at times. The funeral was supremely planned and executed and they were very helpful when I had problems doing a slide show. The coffin and flowers were perfect and they did a fine job handing me the ashes. An extra surprise was a beautiful memorial book that accompanied them. I also appreciated how they took my partner from his hospice bed to the home and then prepared him. He looked very lifelike and then the coffin we ordered was a basic model, but still looked very elegant and much better than you would think.They were very sympathetic and helpful and I can thank them enough along with the rest of my partner's family.

This was the best decision we made in regards to my wife's funeral.From the first contact to the lastDavid and the staff have been respectful caring and very professional.They worked very hard and fulfilled everything we requested and treat her with the dignity she deserved.At such a difficult time it was great to have amazing people on your side to help youThank you.
