Had brunch on Saturday. Whilst the menu choices were a little limited, the quality of the food and portion size was good. And friendly service too. Look for this new café on market street and give them a try.

Walked to the counter to order drinks, I said hello and no response... had to wait over 30 minutes before anyone came to ask us if someone had taken our order. Person who came over didn't even apologise for wait even though there was only 1 other table taken in the whole restraunt side. Finally got our orders take and food arrived... very expensive... $32 for what looked like a $5 steak and some fish n chips shop chips with a little plain salad on the side.... egg on my salad was pretty much raw - couldn't eat it. Ordered a bowl of chips which took 30 minutes.... by the time we went to leave and pay it just arrived. Once again didn't apologise for the wait or bad service. Would 100% not recommend this place.

Brilliant service - very helpful and friendly. Nothing was a problem for the waitress!I'd highly recommend the food. I had a seafood salad @$15. The portion was really generous and delicious.Hubby had the mussel pot @11. The flavour was really good. Hubby loved it! Again, the portion was generous.I'll definitely come here again!

Googled top 5 eats in Ngaruawahia and this popped up. Genuinely surprised on how fantastic/value for money food was. Highly recommended!

Value for money dishes and 20% discount if your a member. Went here last week and got pasta of the day for $8 (with the discount). And that's all i needed to full me up due to the good serving size. It was very tasty also. They have buffet nights here also. The dining experience was pleasant and the atmosphere very relaxing.
