Great company to deal with. Great pricing and no problem when thing go wrong. As they sometimes do. Voltex would be the exact opposite to Superlux if you get my drift. They will never see the Sparky out of pocket for a faulty item. Very pleased to see them operating in NZ. suppliers to our Electrical Wholesalers could learn a lot from this company.

I've very impressed with the customer service. Issues with products are answered and rectified quickly and hassle free. Very easy to return products if you change your mind. Delivery times can vary with the quickest being over night. The longest I've had to wait is 4 days. Sparky mates are also impressed and use Voltex products.

Voltex has bent over backwards to be of help. There delivery system allows you to pick the best courier for your business and there warranty is solid and the voltex staff always asking if there is anything else they can help with. I especially like how they only sell to Electricians.

We had an issue with a few of our down lights. They were technically out of warranty however Voltex honoured the expired warranty, replaced three lights and paid the cost associated with an electrician to install. Great customer service!!

On of our drop lights failed in a house we recently moved into.We contacted Voltex to organise a replacement.They let us know it was covered by warranty and had a replacement delivered the very next day.Exceptional after sales service - hassle free. Very impressed. Thanks!
