I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews for this chemist. It’s been my local chemist for a long time I buy all my cosmetics and perfumes etc from here and have only ever had amazing service. There is a young blonde girl in cosmetics (sorry can’t remember name) but is always so so helpful and goes out of her way every time to help with anything. Will always be a customer.

Really can't even give it a 1 as I couldn't get in the door. A rather abrupt woman didn't accept my phone mask exemption. My actual card was at home as I haven't needed it for months. I said I'd go elsewhere & a rude remark was made. Many have encountered the same sadly. Anyway, she won't have to deal with me again as I won't be back.Goodbye Life Pharmacy, Chartwell!

Young lady who served me was cool!Old bag that was rude to a family who wanted passports photos after me was just down outright RUDE, I would go so far as to say RACIST!!!!!And when the mum questioned her on her rudeness she had nothing to say until another lady intervened.Laughed under her breath and said I was going to apologise but now I’m not!!I waited to pay for myself then excused her and gave her a serve. Old grey haired nasty old bag! She has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!And if this is the accepted way this OLD BAG is allowed to behave, reading all of the other reviews, something is very wrong at Lifecare Pharmacy Chartwell.M Grace 16/10/22 3.30pm

Had to get covid booster vaccine so go to Chartwell inquire and was told to do walk in for vaccine 900 am till 1230 pm. Monday morning up early to get the jab waited 1/2an hour and they open then get told sorry have to do all booked vaccines first leave number for a call to come back and get done Half passed one no phone call at all. What a mickey mouse run store it is indeed .

We went to take some passport photos for our upcoming trip and when hubby asked the counter staff if that was possible, the lovely young lady Yana said that she would just be a few minutes with her current client. We said would wait by the self serve photo area as there was no one else there and we would be out of the way.The older lady then told my husband that we needed to wait outside the pharmacy and then added Just because you wait inside

Rang the store on the cell phone and get the three second phone call. Sorry can't hear you" then clunk ... hung up on. There was no time for me to say anything. About as rude as it gets. Oh well

Bad service. Be there for developing photo spent a lot of time to do what sraff told me to do it turn out she did not know what she doing. Another staff came said it all wrong. Try to tell her the what ather staff put me through, rather apologise but said it was my fault. Will not use their service again it was terible

Well stocked pharmacy, tidy and organised. Their prices are higher than Chemist Warehouse but that’s to be expected. The one negative is that there are too many staff on. It makes me feel uncomfortable when browsing. If I require help I’ll ask for it. Please allow customers to shop in peace.

Rude behaviour by staff members on photographs corner when complained she called Manager name (AHMAD) and manager came and did not even listen customer just listen staff and said you did not follow rules. Worst customer service and manager AHMAD don’t know what is good customer service.I went to get passport size photo done staff member said go out and wait outside I said we are looking other stuff in shop and can wait when other client gone. I came to ask other staff member I was not talking to the rude staff but she talk in middle and said you did not went out of the store to wait I was like we were looking other stuff she said rudely did you buy it. I was like do I have to buy it then she call manager and as mention he did not listen and straight away without listening customer saying me I did not follow the rule. I took Westfield management there to explain all hope they take some action. I can see here lot of low rating and that’s the reason where they have such manager what we can expect. Who don’t know how to deal with customer.
