Had a massive hole in a tooth id been packing with garlic and panadol that sort of worked till last nite then bam in pain like no other. Didnt get much sleep. Lumino has the afterpay plan which worked out awesome. Seriously nice staff patient and my toorh has gone yay and definately recommend. Thank you to all the staff.

Smile Creations Website mention Emergency Dentist, but when I called for an emergency app. I was told by their call centre person that there were no emergency appointments until June 2022 ! 2 / 3 or more weeks is a long time to wait if one has an emergency. I ended up calling another dentist who had a regular app. available in 5 days.

Turned up for an appointment i had booked and no one there - the place was closed! and it was well before closing time. I tried ringing them and no answer and they had even texted the previous day to confirm appointment which i said yes to. Would not recommend and not going there again.

Excellent staff so friendly and so accommodating. Never thought I would enjoy going to the dentist but Lumino staff Levin make the visit most enjoyable.

I came in for a sore tooth, they told me 'that tooth cant be sore theres no hole' so they filled in another hole on another tooth. And said that if my tooth continues to hurt then I can come back in. I tried to book another appointment and they wouldnt let me come in because I was under 18 and had already had an appointment that year. Ridiculous. I reccomend queen street.
