Staff always friendly. Pay at pump hasn't always worked and there are not heaps of pumps but easy peasy if you work in Kilbirnie.

Sorry, worst coffee I have ever heard. Please use fresh milk (milk was off) and the coffee was very weak and insipid. Not worth what I paid. Please learn how to make a proper coffee because Kilbirnie is full of great coffee.

When I’ve been in store around lunch time the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Today however I went in around 4:30pm the girl behind the counter was so rude. I said hello got nothing in return then asked for what I wanted and she rolled her eyes at me. We all have bad days but your in customer service its not your customers fault. Need to bring back kiwi host ratings!!

bad attitude in Level 4 time not friendly actually very rude and impolite shouldnt be on the counter ...treat people with respect not good ...and please dont look down on poeple and be helpful

Absolutely awful experience. I went into this store to try out the pies with my mum as we were in need of a quick snack before a long road trip back up North and instead, we were greeted by two very rude and persistent female and male staff members. Although I understand it’s important to sell certain things to customers but we insisted many times that we were in a rush and didn’t want to purchase anything extra. Please stop this nonsense and accept when a customer does not want to purchase something. Cheers.

Rented a trailer from here. Ease of use with the self help kiosk and the helpful attendant who did a double check of the trailer hook up. Parking the trailer back was slightly tricky due to my limited experience but the return was just was easy.
