Kaikoura Rentals

Our car had broken down during our holiday and we were lucky to find Kaikoura Car Rental! Very quick response, picked us up from our location at a reasonable price, and was kind enough to let us drop off their car after hours! Highly recommended!

What phenomenal service, my son broke down out of Kaikoura just before lockdown. The care and understanding that was shown was beyond belief, including a ride to the bus stop after returning the car. If more people were like Katrina then the world would be a better place!

Great friendly service, especially when I left my hand bag in your office and a quick rescue mission was launched to rescue my bag before the train left. Thanks again guys. Would definitely use your services again.

Wonderful people, wonderful service, started with the shuttle to our accomodation, Rick realised we would be doing a lot of walking, or spending a lot on shuttles, as we had 4 grandkids with us, so suggested a rental maybe a better option, which of course it was and a great deal into the bargain, thanks Katrina. Highly recommend both of your services.

Katrina and her husband are an excellent team who helped us quickly and efficiently when we were stuck without a car to head south for an appointment. The rental car was ready and waiting when we did arrive. On returning, we were given further help with our own car which had broken down. Katrina then also picked us up from Kaikōura as we had to hire one of their cars for a second time.On leaving my phone in their rental car (by now you can see we were clearly preoccupied with events working against us) Katrina arranged for a courier to send it north. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommend them for their thoughtful, efficient and caring attitude.I also saw their accommodation on offer and was very impressed with its quality.

Our car had some mechanical issues, along came Kaikoura Rentals to the rescue! Fantastic service! They also offered us a place to stay in their accommodation which we gladly took up. Beautiful scenery to wake up to, so peaceful. Couldn’t fault the services offered and would highly recommend them if you need a car or somewhere lovely to stay in Kaikoura.
