Showed up on 27 September at 4:42pm hungry on the understanding based upon their open and close hours on the door that they'd be open and some rude woman tells me they're closed (doors open by the way) and sign saying 5:30pm closing. I will never shop there again. And I'd suggest nobody else do it either. Rude and lie about their opening hours.

Editing my earlier review below - they used to be great and competitively priced but they have increased their prices well beyond inflation and are now so expensive I can no longer afford to visit. What used to be a very busy shop is often really quiet now. Very sad.Four star early 2022 review: Great little sushi shop. I look forward to being able to choose my own pieces again though.

Good selection and quality of food, with fresh-tasting ingredients. They offer a selection of sushi, pre-made bento (lunchboxes), hot items and menu items. The prices are a little higher than other sushi places though, with lunch for 2 running up around $30. There's limited indoor seating although there is some outdoor seating with canvas umbrellas. Staff were pleasant, but seemed very disorganised during the busy lunch period

One of the best sushi shops on the North Shore. The sushi is always fresh and we'll priced. The team at Archer's is always friendly and helpful. Always a great experience!
