We are in love with the absolutely gorgeous food here. Authentic Thai meals , with good sized portions, fresh ingredients amd a lovely atmosphere to tuck in.Regulars here and the food never disappointsThank you for the wonderful time every single visit.

Complaint about unethical behaviour of serving staffWe had originally planned to have dinner at Siam Thai Fusion restaurant on 22 April 2023 at around 6.30pm after receiving multiple positive reviews from the media. We had expected to have a great dinner at the restaurant but unfortunately we did not.There’s a waitress ( unsure of the name: middle aged , fringe with pony tail ) behaved rudely and unprofessionally. The lady given us a unfavorable seat (somewhere near the kitchen). We were trying to request for other empty seats, knowing that lots of seats were unoccupied. However, the lady replied that all the unoccupied seats were all reserved. We tried asking again if really all of them are reserved? Surprisingly, the lady said: Yes, if you don’t want this, you can just GO OUT!The person is not tactful. The service given was pathetic and it has ruined our beautiful evening as well as our trip to New Plymouth.I hope the person in charge can look into this matter seriously and take necessary actions to improve the services.Thank you.

In New Plymouth on holiday and this restaurant was rated as a good place to eat. Spacious and lovely layout. The food was great, reasonably priced but the service was robotic and unwelcoming. This started from when we arrived, my sister mentioned our booking and we were “pointed” in the direction of the table, no words and then left to find it ourselves. Restaurant was busy but had good feel to it. Our orders were taken quickly but waiter very disinterested, often looking away and not focussed on us. No connection between us and the staff when food brought out just plonked down. I’m thinking they were stretched for staff. If the service matched the food I’d go back.

Yum food yuck staff. Absolutely dreadful experience with the staff who were rude to us as soon as we arrived & just seemed miserable at every encounter. I asked the male who took our order if the vegetarian red curry came with tofu (not stated on the menu) & his face replied with the most heinous look as he barked “WHAT” at me, I literally got a fright from his response lol. The answer is yes it does & that’s what I ordered, my friend ordered the Siam ginger chicken. They don’t come with rice you need to order it. Luckily the kitchen staff make up for the rude floor staff! The food was excellent, really flavoursome. The curry didn’t have much liquid I’d prefer more. The ginger chicken was packed full of ginger! The meals didn’t take long to come out and it was reasonably busy but it did take a while for someone to take our order. Due to the two rude staff members we had the displeasure of interacting with I have dropped atmosphere ratings as well however there are many tables & plenty of space in the restaurant. Only one toilet per gender so don’t wait until you’re busting lol. Perhaps get this one takeaway.

Love all my ordered dishes, grilled fish with sweet and chilly sauce, roast duck salad & tom yum soup! Spacious dining space, friendly service! Highly recommend, must try if you are coming to New Plymouth.

Food was filling, scrumptious and authentic. The ambience was lovely and the service was excellent. Staff and management both did really well to accommodate our needs and the children were able to enjoy the meal without any stress.

Lovely place for Thai. Ordered the fish and red curry and both were delicious. Massive portion sizes we couldn't finish. Worth the price for the taste!

We went to the restaurant quite early in the evening.The service was excellent. All of the staff were very friendly.We had prawn crackers which were delicious, as well as sharing some calamari.For the main I had the Pad Thai, which was excellent.The food was reasonably priced, and there was a good selection on the menu.
