Bought a bed here. Great service, helpful staff-Neil was fantastic. No pressure to buy, just very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent delivery service.

Allan(tv department) is a superstar. Very helpful and has good knowledge about product. Harish was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Loved the store.

Ok a word of warning re the inability for staff instore to contact their distribution centre in Christchurch ~ paid for a 5000 dollar massage chair to be delivered.After waiting all day we phoned the store and the store person in charge said with their new delivery system they were unable to phone the driver as they don’t have any contact numbers for any of their delivery drivers and also stated they can’t phone their distribution centre in Chc as no one answer the phones there. Indeed we were told the distribution centre will not return emails.The customer service may be great instore, but the delivery process is actually unfit for purpose. And indeed their own in house systems between the store and the actual distribution centre is totally dysfunctional.The management have clearly signed off a new process which directly by way of design, means the customer has no visibility what so ever of the delivery status. For a store anywhere to have nil comms with their own distribution centre will ultimately mean their business will fail.

Had a great experience at this store, the person we dealt with, Allan, was just so helpful !! We are not very tech savvy and he patiently explained how to use a couple of the items that we weren't sure about.

Manpreet was a great sales person. She was honest and not pushy. Very knowledge about the products & if she didn't know she found out. Pleasure to shop there.

Click and collect went perfectly, the staff are awesome, lovely new store with loads of parking too!

Terrible service. Might be better if you’re making a large purchase, however, on this occasion, I just wanted a travel charger. Was not greeted by either of the two (unoccupied) team members near the entrance. Another team member, in another part of the store, did greet me and asked what I was after but, instead of personally helping me find my item, she vaguely directed me to the electronics area. Couldn’t find it, so I left. At this point, all 3 were by the entrance (still unoccupied) and the same woman asked if found what I was looking for, I said I couldn’t find it. No-one offered to help me find it, so I kept walking out the door. Pretty pathetic efforts. Won’t be going back for any large purchases, based on this experience.
