Great store with a good selection and reasonably low prices. The team member Micheal K. was very friendly and helpful. He immediately found an approach to the children, picked up the correct size of the bike, explained everything carefully. We really liked the service and atmosphere of the store. All future purchases will be made here.

Bought my dream flat bar gravel bike from these guys... they were brilliant. Went above and beyond in the set-up , great attention to detail and made decisions like it.was their bike. First free service was great... tuned up things quickly and beautifully. Couldn't ask for better service.

Had an awesome experience today at 99 Bikes Mt Roskill. Service was second to none from our sales person Michael K. He was friendly listened to our needs, recommended options based on what we wanted, fitted my bike perfectly to me and helped me find all the accessories with professional guidance. He was able to answer all my questions was patient while I tried a number of bikes, demonstrated how to adjust different parts and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. Happy to say I have a new bike and would recommend going here

Absolutely amazing staff! Joshua was extremely helpful and nice. I called before I arrived and my bicycles were ready to go. He helped out with a gst issue and helped me load the bikes into the car. Bikes are awesome, staff very friendly and they have a huge showroom. Biggest I have ever seen. Huge selection of bikes and parts and everyone was very knowledgeable. I can’t speak highly enough of the team at 99bikes, probably the best customer service from any chain that I’ve experienced in NZ. I’ve been to multiple stores and the service at each one is always top notch. A special shout out to Josh at Mt Roskill for going above and beyond in helping me with my bike rack issue over several months. He was incredibly patient with me and managed to facilitate resolution of the issue when I had given up on the supplier. If you’re in the market for a bike, definitely check out 99bikes, great prices, great product, and great staff.

Bought a new mountain bike from this store today. Micheal was super helpful, he listened to what I wanted in a bike and helped me find the right one. I’m impressed with how spacious and well stocked the store is, as well as how accommodating all the staff were with my noisy toddlers running around. We will definitely be back in the future!

We brought our sons first bike from Micheal today. He was brilliant. From the moment our son stepped in the shop he felt comfortable. Micheal spent the time to explain the bike to our son and give him a ride then gave the bike a safety check. A very happy customer.
