Only good if it's quiet otherwise it's terrible when busy, great selection of group workouts and like that there's free PT sessions every six weeks. Not enough equipment.

the classes are great and the gym is well-equipped. They give you a training schedule suited for your needs and you don't have to sign up for a long time. Brilliant

It's cheap pricing and is open plan but it lacks in terms of equipment and space. I like that its not too busy before 8am so a morning workout is the go-to. Downsides are you won't find the newest toys here & lacking in number of machines (meaning if its busy you might need to wait long to get in and work). Is a small gym though so to be expected. Staff are lovely though and coffee is right outside.
