The customer service 5 star.I bought a cup this afternoon. The I saw a crack on that.The sales guy exchange it for me after I bring in my receipt and cup. He also wrap it with bubble paper. ⁽⁽ଘ( ˙꒳˙ )ଓ⁾⁾thank you!

arrived 5:40pm and found out they are already closed. The hours shown on google is different from the ones shown on their door: 9am-5pm. Disappointed after driving all the way here..
