Hwan is a lovely guy, was quick to come and responsive to problems. However we found the work to be messy and we’ve had to do quite a bit of clean up and fixing.

Hwan of Universal Tiling laid a waterproofing preparation and then retiled my outdoor patio. He did a very professional job, in good time and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him to undertake similar tiling work. Gillian

I had a great experience with the Universe tiling team. They responded very fast and efficiently. It was slightly challenging task because existing splash back glass has to be removed first. They have done a fantastic job and finished it within 3 days. My kitchen looks great and very happy with the service and workmanship of the Universe tiling!

Hwan and his team have done an exceptional job with the tiling in our en-suite bathroom and laundry renovations.Hwan was very helpful in providing guidance on the best look, while taking our ideas on board. He is responsive and prompt, making sure the job gets done to the highest quality. I look forward to working with him again for our next renovation project.Although our project is not yet complete, I thought I'd share some pics of the phase that Universe Tiling was part of.

Hwan was so quick to respond to my enquiry,, he provided a very fair quote and was able to fit me into a window he had within a couple of days of my enquiry. I was so pleased with the finished result and suggestions he made. He's obviously knows his trade very well. Would not hesitate to use Universe Tiling again

I absolutely cannot recommend Hwan and the team at Universe Tiling enough! I couldn't believe how fast they began and completed our job and at such a great price, without lacking in any quality! They did an amazing job at tiling my entire kitchen and dining room in less than 2 days and it looks PERFECT :DThanks again will definitely be recommending Universe tiling to anyone who needs a tiler! :D
