Absolutely rude customer service, some training is desperately required,We rang you because you had sent us information regarding a quote,You were very rude and abrupt then you cut the phone call without informing my partner of doing so.We ring you back and you have the audacity to tell him to have patience after admitting you cut the callWill not recommend your company if this is your standard of service.
