My partner and I went into this store to buy trail running shoes. Our consultant was Katie and she was excellent. Very thorough consultation and she took her time making sure she found the perfect shoe for us. Great knowledge and excellent customer service. Thanks Katie!

Staff are fantastic and helpful. Was looking for some insoles for my daughter and they gave us their honest opinion and as there were no insoles that fitted my daughter they gave us some sample ones to cut to her size for free. I was really impressed with the level of service they gave us. Thanks again. Highly recommended.

Great shop! Excellent advice and a really good foot/gait measuring machine. Selection isn't the biggest but a good mix of premium shoes and on sale stuff.

Got some brooks from these guys, paid $280 the sole tip unglued and tops got holes in them. When we went back staff were unhelpful and claimed wear and tear ? After 8 months an not alot of use.

Friendly helpful staff. Professional advice given and knowledge base. Limited stock in store therefore might be better to go into the shop, try shoes on and order online instead.

Excellent customer service. Brought out shoe options that were within a tight budget ($60) and my daughter really liked! No shame or pushiness at all. The 3D foot scanner was cool too. This was the 4th or 5th store we'd been in for shoes, so glad to finally have found some that were a match.
