I highly recommend Taylor's Cars Richmond. Great customer service.Scott and the team were friendly, informative, and went the extra mile. I especially appreciated Julia's time and attention as my finance application was a little complex.I appreciated the time given to letting me select the right car for my family and providing a courtesy vehicle until I was able to pick up my vehicle.Great job everyone. Bought a vehicle in late August early September of 2022, couple weeks later it started having mechanical problems. I complained with no response. The ute Completely broke down a week before Christmas of 2022, Get Cars did not answer their emails, calls or texts regarding this issue until my Dad got involved after it still being unfixed 2 months later, they reportedly “fixed” the issue. It has just been returned to me 2-3 weeks ago, now it has broken down again. I have had no communication from Get Cars to resolve this issue.The last bad review I left, they rung me the next day telling me they’d fix the problem & help come to an agreement but only if I took down the bad review. It still took them 1 1/2 months to resolve it.Don’t deal with these guys if you don’t wanna be messed around.

Absolutely fabulous people. We were on a budget and they showed us the perfect car. Test drive, paperwork complete... too easy!! Thank you Candace and Ian and the team. Definitely recommend these guys.

Josh and Kandice were absolutely fantastic to deal with and really knew their stuff. Very refreshing after dealing with another yard. Their friendliness, product knowledge, and honesty helped my partner and I pick a car and close a sale that day. Definitely recommend them, thanks again team!

Went in to enquire about a vehicle, although they didn't have one in my price range they did try and help, the service seems very genuine. No problems here

WORST CAR DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!Have been insured under this company, car started breaking 2 weeks after purchasing, no responses or replies. Absolutely Appalling

Didn't have the vehicle I was looking for in stock , Candice salesperson great helpful service

Lessons learned: Always read the reviews, and take note if multiple reviews say the same thing. and always get a pre inspection done before you buy, even if you think car yards are safer to buy from. Save yourself the grief, I wish I had.
