Extremely poor customer service. Query regarding invoice for 30,000km service check met with a lack of response to several phone calls and two emails to senior staff. Beware of charges for 'each job' on invoice, especially environmental and recycling $3.50, and workshop materials $5.00. No clear explanation could be offered for these charges. Hourly rate dearer than other reputable firms in Invercargill. I saved $40 for wheel alignment and tyre rotation, and $10 for warrant of fitness by shopping around . Wont use this branch again.

In 2004 we bought a second-hand 'Signature Range' Toyota Carina (about a 1995 model) from a guy called Tod who worked there. Thirteen years later, the car is still going strong. We have since given it to our son who had now got customised paint work on the boot. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. Thank you!
