Shoe Science sponsored an event I went in, so thought I would drop in and see what they had on offer. Was looked after by Reuben, personal service and knowledge was outstanding. He did the same events also, knew everything and had great recommendations for shoes and gear (ultra's). I've been converted and will be back to their branch.

I was very, very unsure about selecting the right running shoes so I came to Shoe Science. The staff were extremely helpful and patient and I ended up buying a really wonderful pair of running shoes from here. I can't recommend Shoe Science enough for finding a perfect fit. Thank you heaps! :)

Brilliant place for shoes. The owner Niel knows so much about footwear. The shoes I got are amazing and Niel builds a profile on you, so he can better serve his customers in the future for all there needs. He gave me a great discount too!

A great shop. Make a lot of effort to deliver what u need. I asked for a shoe that had been good but it wasn’t in stock so they recommended another. This caused blisters after a week BUT without a murmur they said they would replace them with the old brand (free of charge)- which they got in from Oz especially!! 6 our of 5 stars!

Shoe Science found a fault in shoes I was sent during 2021 lock down. Upon phoning to query, there has not been a hesitation to replace these.

Walked in, and was immediately helped by Dario. He was very helpful and friendly and suggested two very good shoes after looking at my feet and how they moved when i walked, probably the two most comfortable shoes ive ever worn. Cant wait to go for a run with them this weekend. Will definitely be back here for my next pair when the time comes

I bought some shoes from here two months ago which ended up being too tight, my toes and soles of feet were tingly. I struggled for 2 months and then during lockdown threw the towel in.I reached out to the store and told them the issue, they replaced my shoes immediately with super comfortable Brooks trainers for no extra charge.I am so impressed with the customer service, I was prepared to pay for new ones but now I have amazing new shoes. Thanks Shoe Science!

Brilliant customer service. Phoned from Wellington to order some altra running shoes. They were great to deal with and had the exact shoes in the right size in stock. They were delivered the next day. Outstanding.
