I’m not an easy guy to please in the clothing department. I have high standards and can be exacting.I spoke to Simon about having business shirts with certain detailing that I found hard to find elsewhere.I am very happy with the result. Also very happy with custom made jeans that I get asked about from others.I highly recommend this team, they are easy to deal with and professional.

Poor customer service, being rude, judge customer with coat also showing unhappy face when I ask to fix my cloth. Because the lady said she has to do it by hands.If she doesn’t want small job, she should say from the beginning that she can’t do it instead of being rude.

A dream tailor because we often don't know how best to fix problems, but she always does. And she does it so well! We are American and she is Asian/Kiwi so there is a bit of a language/cultural barrier (which may be the reason for a previous less-than-great review from a Kiwi). We bring her challenges and she always knows how best to fix them. Her work is top-notch, and I would recommend anyone with any sewing need of any kind head straight here. And yes, she does like small jobs.""
