Domino’s Pizza Newtown (NZ)

Ordered vegorama with added wedges (extra $2.40) and BBQ sauce on the side and got this? Missing ingredients entirely, wrong sauce and sorry, THIS is additional wedges. Ordered on Uber and was prompted to call the store for a delivery update when it was incorrectly marked as delivered - couldn’t even get a sentence out before I was cut of with “yeah it’s on the way.” Was hung up on before I even had time to say thank you. Only good part was the poor teenage delivery driver, who was clearly trying to do a good job. May as well just eat a slice of bread.

What the actual way to NOT run a business! I ordered a pizza at 7pm rang at 10 to 8 & again at 8:30! The guy was flat out rude as fkkkkk on the phone and then hung up on me the second time I called! This is no way to work if you are busy TELL THE CUSTOMER. kept ringing back until the line was all of a sudden ‘engaged’ and I could no longer get through. Will never be going back to this domino’s again! Ended up picking up our order which one garlic bread wasn’t even cooked the other stone cold and burnt and pizzas were wrong - don’t even want to rate the one star if I’m completely honest but you have to too post a review

“We shouldn’t deliver to you because of your stairs so feel lucky”The delivery driver demonstrated a hostile attitude towards me simply because she had to deliver the order up the stairs to my location my front door. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable and left me feeling quite dissatisfied with the overall service.To address the issue, I attempted to contact the store multiple times regarding the problem. Unfortunately, they did not answer my calls initially. Frustrated with the lack of response, I decided to take away my caller ID and call again. Surprisingly, they picked up the call only when my identity was concealed. This lack of promptness and responsiveness is certainly not the kind of service one expects, and it makes me doubtful that my complaint will be effectively addressed.Furthermore, upon receiving the order, I noticed that one of the pizzas, specifically the New Yorker, had a significant lack of cheese. The photo I have attached clearly shows that most of the cheese was missing. This is highly disappointing, especially considering the price I paid for the pizza. Such a mistake is unacceptable, particularly in the current economy where every dollar counts.To add insult to injury, when I expressed my concerns to the Domino's staff, I was told that in the future, they would not be able to deliver to me due to the presence of stairs. This response is both shocking and disheartening. As a regular customerGiven the combined issues of the hostile attitude of the delivery driver, the lack of responsiveness from the store, the poor quality of the pizza, and the unprofessional response regarding future deliveries, I have decided not to patronize Domino's Pizza again.Such a disappointing experience is not worth the time and money. I hope that Domino's Newtown takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their service to provide a better experience for their customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with my last order from Domino's Newtown through UberEats. The delivery was delayed by more than 2 hours, and it's highly likely that it would have never arrived if I hadn't called them a couple of times. While waiting, I also realized that the pizza listed on UberEats was priced $6 NZD higher than on the official Domino's website. To make things worse, despite filling out two feedback forms, they never responded or provided any compensation for the price discrepancy. Overall, it was a bad service and I haven't been a customer since then. Will I be receiving a reimbursement?

Edited:I previously rated this 1 star due to incorrect orders and plant based meat being replaced by actual meat or just nothing. However I decided to give them another chance and things seem to have improved so I’m updating this up to 4 stars

I made an order, was called and told it couldn't be delivered on the night so I asked for a refund which I was told I would receive in about 10 business days. Four months later and still no refund, attempts to call the store are barred by managers never being in and when they are, they pretend they can't hear me and hang up. 100% Dissatisfaction Guarantee.""

I don't expect much from Dominos. I do however expect my pizza to arrive with a base sauce and cheese... How do you even manage to forget the cheese?? I just got a cracker with vege and chicken on it+Pizza was cold, had no cheese, peri peri sauce or creme freche as ordered and was a bit overcooked. Ordered 2 custard puffs but got 2 more peperoni instead.

Was really good, good food, sevice and overall experience.Terrible food and service at Pizza Hut Newtown recently and would never go back there, so this will be the place to go

I've been trying to Complain about this slack service pizza store and it's Lacking of actually toppingsas you can see it's mainly just Cheese hardly any Chicken & Bacon! to Head office and I even Toll called the Australian Head office over in Brisbane but still I never got my $20 back, very bad and because of that they haven't had Any of My hard earned Money for 9 months !!get the Dim witted Head office to sort this Complaint out Please !
