Came to the store and the girl working there was really rude, we did not know that it closed at 8pm and went into the store at 7:50. The girl shouted that we close in 5 mins we said okay we are just browsing, then 1 min later she shouts again saying we are closing in 2 mins. Rudest customer service.

Bad lighting, not enough space to move around because theres just too many items - for the volume of items they sell they need a bigger store! The changing rooms are shocking, not enough light, no hooks to hang items up amd its jus disgusting. The service is average then at the counter they are pushy when being asked if your a member, then handing over the keyboard for you to enter your email details instead of asking if you want to sign up and then the extra sales and charity donations. Abit too much for my liking. Wouldnt recommend unless you want to stop in to buy a $5 top

If you want to waste your time, you are welcome at this branch!The 2 ladies at the checkout were the slowest in the whole world!!Have a look at the photo I’ve taken, the check out line reached infinity!!And the girls didn’t bother to be quicker!Besides the store was a big messToo many items and very untidyWhen a retail is that big, they definitely need more staff1 star just for the real bargain!

I am in shockThere were so many empty hangers left on the floor in the changing rooms , the staff were not approachable as they were having their own conversations about what they done last night , even spoke to one of the managers which she was very rude, and even took off her mask ( which had no point in doing as I could understand her well with it on ) once she had done that I just walked straight out as it was obvious they don’t take their own covid 19 procedures properly.

Great outlet store with great bargains especially during a sale! Friendly service although the changing rooms need attention and love! No hooks, not enough changing rooms and someone either pee'd or left water on the floor in one of the rooms... and chewing gum in another... a stool in the rooms would be good as the rooms were quite small. Thank you anyway for the great buy.

Pricing for stuff is all good, however shocking to have to wait in line for over 35 mins?? Yes I know you may be busy but come on, something needs to be done or maybe another counter needs to be set up somewhere else in the store. The waiting times are the only reason it makes people think twice before shopping in your store. Not a good experience.

A day not far from today you could find there, quality clothes for kids with really reasonable prices. Still you may find some good deals over there but not as much as it's old good days.

Cotton on at the Manukau Super Center always has amazing specials on. When I was there it was up to 70% off some items. Sizing is flexible from around XS possibly smaller and going up to maybe 18 - 20. Like most clothes depends on the material and the cut. Just a matter of looking for a bargain. Have some fun girls!!! You're in the middle of the sale center, Glassons next door ...umm Hallensteins on the other so many more. All of these places at the Super Center are forever having sales. Enjoy!!!
