M.A.C Cosmetics

Was going to buy eye makeup products so popped in the store. A girl has only one customer and only talk to her. Try to ask but the girl not at me at all and even not say hi since I walked in. Not feeling welcome lol.

I chose the express service by the lovely Mikayla. Not only did she deliver - I got many compliments during my evening event. Thank you Miakyla, I will be booking you in the future

Had the most fantastic experience at this MAC store - not only were the makeup artists extremely talented and professional, they were also super friendly, easy to get along with and helpful. They were somehow able to interpret what we were all wanting and the whole group of us left completely satisfied and feeling great! Will be back in the near future and would highly recommend.

Absolutely zero customer service! It was lucky my wife knew what she wanted from MAC before we went in there. The staff were absolutely shocking!When we walked in the store there was no acknowledgement that we were there. We may as well not have existed. We waited for someone to help us but in the end my wife got what she needed and took it up to the counter. At the counter we were finally met with a, 'oh, did you need a hand with anything?'. A little bit late seeing as we already had what we wanted to purchase in front of her...The staff here need to he taught the importance of customer service. Luckily we were only here on holiday. We would never return.

Mac Pro store Britomart has the BEST service!!I’m a makeup artist in Nelson and we don’t have access to a Mac store so I have to order over the phone. The team are always so helpful especially Carla who helped me source the right products for my kit.Cannot thank you all so much. Will continue to support this store and company.

Enjoyed the service very much! Alice took such a great care of me, matched products to my needs and skin tone, showed how to use them, the overall atmosphere was very relaxing, bought 5 items and got a few samples, will come back

Disgusting customer service... Instead of just taking the time to respond to the positive feedback and pretending like you haven’t received any constructive ones, why don’t you spend just a few minutes looking into the complaints? This might save you from having to close down in the long run due to your staff’s disgusting attitudes. We wont be returning and we will be telling everyone about your awful store! If the manager/owner of this store don’t attempt to try and improve the service you give by training and educating your staff on just some basic human decencies (e.g: greeting your customers, being completely rude to them, talking back and not even understanding your policies in the first place), then eventually no one will be coming back. Good luck though if you decide to continue running your business the same way.

One of my best makeup experiences. Cady was lovely and did an amazing job with my makeup. She made some excellent suggestions based on my vague descriptions. When I noticed the foundation was a tad darker than I liked, she understood my concerns, removed and reapplied with a better shade. She made sure I was comfortable with my makeup at every step. My photos turned out shocking well that night ;)

I booked a makeup service so our daughter could have incredible makeup for the ball. Service was amazing, the artist talked her through each step and worked with her reference photos on what she wanted. Highly recommend doing this process, and for $120 you get to take home products up to that value as well.
