Still doing some work in the park. More seating. etc. It's still a work in progress. Very handy to Resteraunts. Kwong Chow is very popular. Indian next door. And a whole town,to enjoy. Cheers..

Great parking lots of shade open and mostly friendly. Our visit was tarred with the local homeless group offering profanity laden greetings to all and sundry. Didn't appear unsafe or anything just not what I wanted my young child around. Also a pity the pond isn't clean enough for kids to splash about in.

Lovely peaceful park. Close to the shops so you can just slip away and sit under the trees and listen to the Tui’s and talk to the ducks.Great spot for the Markets. You can always find parking surrounding the park and there are public toilets close by.

Beautiful place for a walk or picnic. Walks are mostly under shady trees so you don't overheat. Really calming atmosphere

I love going to the little big markets here. great food stalls and many vendors with something for everyone. there's entertainment by way of solo performers. you can bring your dog too. the pond here could do with a spruce up - its starting to look a bit run down. but the grass is always green and even without the markets it's a nice place to go and sit down. toilets next door.

A lovely place to relax after work. The place is so nice and clean. An what I love is there are few ducks on the pond. It’s relaxing when you sit you could see some kids chasing the duck and playing around. Good place to take the kids out.

Lovely place. The Saturday market is fun. Lots of other events every now and again, plus you can eat at lots of interesting places around.Additionally: super close to Pilot Bay and the Mauao, if you're in the mood for a walk or a run.

Fantastic for the local events that take place here, at the time of writing this we had just attended the VW classic car meet/Little Big Markets and it was excellent, well organised event, while you are in the Mount always look out for the little big markets, local car meets, food markets or fundraisers as they are always worth a visit here.
