Screw the people who ruined being able to go there at night to see the night view. They lock it up at night now. Not a bad place to park up and eat lunch, though it needs more car parks, it gets too busy for such a nice lil spot. There's a little bit of area to walk around and a big grass area if you want to throw a ball for your dog.

Nice place to walk to, awesome views on the way, some of the pine trees at the reserve could do with a trim, so you could see Manukau Harbour

Great views of bombays, manukau harbour, over looking to auckland city rangitoto island and over all the entire south auckland awhitu waiuku and more just a few photos added just gotta go there ya self to view the real deal it worth it

Last visit up the summit was 28yrs ago,its good to see two left lanes been added cravings that have been places and situated in the look out area,sueprise are the ballards position in the old onion paddock aswel the wind breakers blocking the S/W view ☹
