A very beautiful view. You got a 360 degree view of AKL north shore plus the CBD in front of you when you get in the top.

Went with the purpose of buying take out lunch & sitting on the grass to eat / picnic in the sunshine. A pleasant area - but almost impossible to find a park - arrived around 12.30pm - by the time we did find parking & a nice place to sit our food was almost cold - Brunch time may have worked better.

The wonderful old park. I've been there twice and definitely, will come here again. Landscapes are gorgeous, the view is fabulous!

Good spot to watch a bit if cricket on a Saturday. Plenty of good food places nearby, play ground for the kids....and a safe beach just over the road.
