I emailed on Jan 3rd (a public holiday) and received a call before 9:00am the next day. Steve called in that afternoon and the problem with our filtering system was fixed by 2pm. Professional and prompt service. Highly recommended!!

Jacob was fantastic. We hit a few unexpected snags due to having an old system but they were no trouble at all for him. He fixed them all up and was always cheerful and great with communication. Would highly recommend.

I've used The Pool Man for years now, and can not recommend them highly enough. I've needed a service tech in an emergency situation a couple of times and the team have been incredibly supportive, with prompt and efficient service. The valet team are top notch and a pleasure to deal with. I wish them all the best for the future, as we have sold our home and no longer have a pool

Engaged this company to find small leal in concrete pool. They attended, invoiced, and we paid but the pool still leaking as it was. Followed up 6 times as to next steps with no response.
