Great place to go and spend a few hours or the day ocean activities are all go great in summer BBQ set up with public access are gas operated and are free to use great settings with a fantastic views of Kapiti island and the South island on a clear day lots to do

Otaki Beach Recreation Reserve
Great little area for a walk. Dog loves it. Pines and macrocapa dominate the area but some native bush is regenerating in patches. Lots of little trails with some leading to the beach.
