I walked into this salon one day and met this lovely lady Michelle who straight away knew my concerns and booked me in the following week. What an awesome team who made me feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. My first experience with laser treatment was a breeze, I’ll definitely be back for my next session. I had the wonderful Grace as my laser technician. Rooms were extremely tidy and hygienic. I was very surprised by their laser machine. It didn’t hurt . I would recommend any woman ditch that razor!!! Thanks Grace you made me feel comfortable

I have been going to Michelle to get my brows and lashes done since The Appearance Clinic first opened. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her clients has kept me coming back since. I have since had facials, teeth whitening and cosmetic treatments through The Appearance Clinic and have always been impressed with the care and quality.I’m moving out of town and am going to struggle to find somewhere I trust as much as The Appearance Clinic.

I highly recommend Michelle she’s really good at what she does .I have extra sensitive skin and she has been so great with giving me test pots to find the right skin care for me to help with my treatment . I’m really excited to see what my results are at the end of my sessions .

What is ageing well? For me and so many others in their 60s, it’s a fierce dedication to maintaining fitness and wellness on every level. I don’t want to look 20. IMHO that’s madness. But I do want to look well, to feel awesome and be the best I can be. Michelle and the team, along with the brilliant and wide-ranging services they provide are my support team. These women deliver on a platform of professionalism and genuine care and they get results. No empty promises here! Jody is an amazing therapist. she was great at explaining and making sure I was well informed through out the procedure. I felt comfortable and throughly enjoyed the treatment.I went with the bold decision to do micro needing after talking to amazing Michelle, who is so knowledgeable about everything service she provides. During the session Jody made me so comfortable that the procedure was almost pain free. Such an amazing team at the appearance clinic. Jody you are an amazing person and therapists.

I attended a consultation with Michelle...Very welcoming place..great staff...Michelle knows her business very well..she is to the point and very informative. She pointed out straight away the things that had been bothering me about my face and suggested a comprehensive and relevant plan that works well work my budget and also I believe will make a difference to my appearance. I will be starting treatment with Michelle as I believe she is an an excellent therapist. I would recommend her business to anybody wanting treatment.

I was very nervous, but numbing creme and good humor, and plenty of info made it a very easy process, I will definitely go back for more procedures its kind of like tattoos really, once you get one, you want more!
