Fantastic out of hours service. Returned a call quickly, arrived when they said they would and an hour later our water pump was replaced and the plumber tidied up afterwards. So impressed. Would recommend highly.

Burst water main under house. Personally cleared floor area and cut open floor plan to facilitate direct access to allow direct quicker repair. The more time acting as a builder as well will ultimately cost you.Had pipe repaired in about 2.5 hours including giving him a cuppa and biscuits. Very professional repair.Invoice itemized and reasonable prices for labor and parts.Rebuilt floor myself and closed up after allowing to dry out after four days.I cleaned up all his shovels also. It was appreciated.

I am writing on a friends Google account about these people.I had arranged for Stewart to come out on a Saturday at 4pm,so arranged our day around it,he didnt show up to the appointment.We finally heard from him on Tuesday,when we questioned him as to why there was no communication he got aggressive and told us to get over ourselves and that we were muppets"I dont reccommend this "muppett" to get your work done

Absolutely disrespectful service from reception refused to help at all raised her voice and all got a nasty attitude its not good enough change your receptionist guys your loosing good paying customers !
