Very disappointing ethics. I got 2 quotes. This company was higher and not as communicative so we went with the other one. We notified Floorcraft but they had a hold on the carpet and purchased it from the supplier so we could not have it. They were punishing us for not selecting them.We have to wait 2 months for more carpet to be made or select something else. We are willing to wait and are happy that we did not do business with this company.

Very Happy with the service and the speed in which it was completed. Recommend any one who wants carpet and vinyl to go to Floorcraft Port Rd Whangarei. I will be using them again in the near future.

We had our house recarpeted about 6 months ago. We are really happy with the lovely wool carpet and the service from the installer was great. Would definitely recommend.

A great experience involving re flooring the whole house. Prompt quoting, advice and communication from Clive. Helpful and friendly Showroom Team in regards choosing colours and providing further information. Carl did an awesome job of installation. 5 stars.
