Store opened late which disrupted my plans, however, PS delivered a great service.

Other than the Friendly woman on the front desk (only reason for 1 star), this was a terrible experience.I made an appointment 5 days prior for 0900hrs today to change 1 tyre.I turned up 5 mns early, had already removed the wheel for repair and asked if I could wait in their customer lounge area.I was advised it would be an hour or so.I was surprised but thought ok I'll go to do a few errands and the manager advised he'd call when ready.After 2 hrs I pop in to see and in an irritated tone the manager advised 'I told you I'd ring you'.. I replied 'but you said 1 hr so I thought I'd check'He said 'no I meant I'd have the tyre repaired but not ready to put on your car'Well that's inconsequential information to tell a customer if he did say that.Anyway I went down at 2pm and had to change the tyre myself outside their workshop in the rain because I had work at 230pm.Why have a booking system at all lolI organized myself to be on time, a simple call to me advising they couldn't fit 1 tyre at that time would've helped.Cabbage. Use someone else.

Darryn at Pitstop and his staff look after all my vehicle needs. I always find them very honest and reliable. They have allowed me to utilise their lease car which I find very useful when my car is getting work done. I can always rely on them to provide an outstanding service.

Great company to deal with. Great communication. Have sent all 3 of my cars to them. Have outlined any issues to me and also other issues I was not aware of. very thorough. Highly recommend

Would not recommend this place at all. My ute was finally ready to be picked up from Pitstop Hastings on the Friday. Cost me $1750. Paid in full and was told that I would receive my invoice on the following Monday. Did not receive invoice on Monday. Was important to receive this as I did not know exactly what work had been completed on my ute. Called on Tuesday to tell them I had not received invoice and that my ute still had the same issue that I took it in for. Was told that I would receive by the end of that day. Still nothing. Phoned again on the Friday that week and was told they think they have an IT issue as to why I didn't receive the invoice and that they would call back later on that day to tell me exactly what work was carried out on my ute. That didn't happen either so still waiting for an invoice to see what work was done on my ute over one week later.
