UPDATE - I did not get a phone call, as suggested in the reply to my complaint, but did get a belated apology only after I sent a follow up email 9 days after my first... Hope the offer of a free service comes to fruition next year. We shall see!2 installations 2 very different results! Valerie from the Heat Pump People was helpful, polite and confirmed everything with me from start to finish at one property and the contract installer was excellent. With the more expensive heat pump at a different address could not have been worse. The salesperson did not seem interested from the beginning, I had no firm booked date to install the heat pump then had 2 engineers rock on up early one morning saying they were putting my heat pump in! No prior notice, no call and when I complained to the company about this service - NO REPLY to my written complaint asking how and why this happened. The job was completed but the area was not cleaned up after the installation either... A below par experience and I wonder how it would be handled if something goes wrong with the heat pumps in the future?

I would just like to share that we have had a new heat pump installed and the service we received was excellent. The team install the heat pump were courteous, obliging extremely tidy and provided us with all the information required.Whilst walking through the house they put cover sheets down to walk on which was very considerate. I would recommend The Heat Pump People to anyone interested in having a heat pump installed.

Incredibly bad service from The Heat Pump People. They visited us for a service in Aug. The technician pretty much said, heat pump needs a clean but I don't have time to do it" and left for us to be contact by the office. We then recieved an invoice for $500!! Half of this for the short visit he had paid to our house. I contacted them a week later in lockdown to explain our heatpump had stopped working and could they please contact us as we had no heating. Someone then called and told us our heat pump was unfixable and they would price us a new one- fine. They never contacted us

Having the heat pump people do work on two of my properties within a year has just been a fantastic experience.The service and workmanship have given a new meaning to professionalism that know what they are doing.I sure was blown away with how the team conducted themselves in the prep work before starting this big job, the team sure had the drive, enthusiasm, constant communication with one another with the job, clean, tidy and thorough with their work.I would not hesitate to use the team again

Over the past 2yrs both of my 10+ yr old heat pumps have died. A friend of mine recommended The Heat Pump People after the great job they had done on a few of his family's properties. They have been fantastic to deal with from start to finish on both occasions. The assessor that comes is really knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions asked. The installers were polite and friendly guys who completed the work to a very high standard. Their prices were excellent and all work was completed efficiently and at the times organised. I rate them very highly and confidently recommend them to my friends and workmates regularly.

Excellent job done by Mike and Mark who installed two heat pumps and a panel heater in our house. Professional and polite throughout our dealings with them. Both took their shoes off while working inside which we really appreciated. The new heating has made such a big difference to our house and we now have a nice even temperature throughout. Mark also pointed out a plumbing issue he discovered while working under the house and alerted it to us which we were grateful for as we were completely unaware. Definitely recommend The Heat Pump People.

Our new ducted heat-pump system has been a game changer for our family, especially for our asthmatic daughter. No more coughing at night when the temperature drops, the house stays at a constant temperature that we set. The team from The Heat Pump people were so professional and friendly, I would highly recommend them.

01.11.2022. I have utilized the services of this business twice in about 3 years to make sure my heat pump and outer unit were clean and ready for summer. On both occasions the service men who attended were really polite and would look me in the eyes when they spoke to me. My bill was $140 which I consider reasonable considering the service man, Aidan was at my home for about 2 hours. I would recommend this business 100% and I will continue to use their service.

Had my Daikin Heat Pump installed last week by the team and so impressed. The quote process and then quality workmanship during install was amazing. Couldn't have asked for a better team!Thanks so much :)
