I just walked in to open an account and the bank staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. I am not sure but the staff name was Neha. Great Customer service.

This would probably be the best bank so far that I have had, previous banks like Kiwi bank and ANZ have not been great but cooperative bank has been the best so far no complaints, recommend it to anyone who is interested to join in.
