Sandy uneven surface and lots of pinecones underfoot. Wearing sports shoes is a good idea. A fun activity for all ages and abilities.

Queenspark Disc Golf Course
Great 9 hole disc golf course for both beginners and experienced disc golfers to play with shorter holes set amongst the trees. This well established course features paved tee pads and basket targets. Really enjoy playing it, and it's short enough to play a 2nd (or 3rd) round. My favourite course in Christchurch.The sign at the entrance has a link to a map and a scorecard. Every hole is par 3, so some of the holes can be made for par (or birdie) even by newer players.

Queenspark Disc Golf Course
Nice little 9 hole disc golf course located in Queens Park. The course is basketed and has numbered paved tee pads.The course is beginner friendly and has a mix of open grassy fairways and some wooded more technical holes.My favorite was the hole with the two Mando's on opposing trees forcing you to shoot between them down the narrow corridor.

It's a nice environment to play Frisbee golf. None of the goals are infront of a road so it's really nice.

Great place , my fave spot to play in chch so far! It has alot of shade and you can also take your dog there, family friendly and not too busy because it isn't super close to town
