Such a pity that there was a total lack of service , as in not kept in the loop about extended time frame. Then sadly on pick up they had a cash only policy (what type of legitimate business does not allow bank transfer?) which had not been mentioned before and very rude and aggressive to the person I had sent to pick up my iPad.
