We purchased 2 of the Elevate Tribute Plush beds as replacement for 2 very old beds. We searched the market to find a pillow top bed that suited us as we both toss and turn during the nightWe have found them to be very comfortable and nice and warm during these colder nights. Very happy with our purchase. Had them derived directly to home and the truck driver gave us a delivery time that suited and he turned up right on time. Very polite and nothing was too much trouble.Would have no hesitation in buying another one the same if needed.

9 years ago we purchased a superking posturpedic bed. One of the two bases started to squeak. I contacted Sealy to see how I could get this fixed. They asked me to send a photo of the tag on the base and replied promptly that it would be covered under warranty. They emailed the sample of base colours. Three weeks after the new base arrived.The deliverer was on time and we were pleasantly surprised that both bases were replaced. He took the old bed bases and packaging away.Such awesome service from Sealy and united group.

If you wish to purchase good quality mattress stay away from Sealy. Last year in June we bought the queen size Sealy Posturepedic mattress for $2500+. The mattress was comfortable for about two months and now it is basically unusable. The whole middle of the mattress collapsed and it doesn’t provide any body support anymore. When you lie on the mattress your body is sideways and sinks into it very awkwardly. The mattress gives both myself and my partner unbelievably sore back and terrible sleep quality.When Sealy eventually returned my calls they blamed the base of the bed. The type of base was never discussed during the purchasing process. Again eventually after many calls the mattress was picked up to be checked but nothing wrong was found. Contact the store again we were told we can do no more for you.Thanks to Sealy and their terrible customer service we have been sleeping in the spare bedroom for about 8 months now. Our 10 + year old mattress used to provide much better back support and quality of sleep than the Sealy after few months of use.Customer service is shocking. Don’t let them to fool you with 10 years warranty. Sealy’s warranty is pretty much non existing. I would give them 0 stars but Google unfortunately doesn’t’ offer this option.

I recently purchased a McKinley soft queensize mattress. I am very happy with the quality and comfort that this mattress provides. This is my 3rd sealy purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending this brand.

We love our queen Treasure Ultra Plush bed, purchased through Big Save Masterton. Following the Sealy reps, and Big Save staff, advice our bed is performing perfectly. What a difference a good nights sleep makes.

I bought a Sealy brand queen bed in 2021 for approximately $1400/$1600 from Big Save Gisborne it has a 10 year warranty on itAbout 5 months ago the mattress became very hard and has been hurting our hips and lower backI talked with The manager of Big Save Gisborne but for the last 5 weeks no action from anyoneHad enough waiting taking it to Tribunal in the District Court

I purchased an Sealy Exquisite Balmoral Ultra Plush. absolutely love it never slept so well, the comfort is exceptional.

We have slept on a Sealy mattress for 10 years, and when it was time to get our children mattresses and upgrade ourselves recently, we wouldn’t consider any other brand. We love the Sealy service, quality and comfort. You spend so much of your life in bed - why not have the best?! We love that they are NZ made to order, and we also love the work that they do providing free beds to Ronald McDonald House, so that families going through one of the most difficult times of their lives with their children in hospital also get to have a comfortable nights sleep. Sealy are the best!
