Waiting three days for a response (and not had one yet) just to inquire about an appointment. Honestly, with this kind of sensitive issue, you shouldn't keep people waiting just for a response. What if it was hard for me to reach out and I finally did, only for you to not even try reply about an appointment or referral to someone else? Don't do this to other people, I'm willing to keep trying other places until I get a response but others might not.
