Got recommended to them by Harvey Norman and am glad that they did.Had a fridge and freezer that was not cold anymore and they arranged for someone to come by the following day.Wolf was fast, professional and worked quickly. Labour cost was $17+GST per 10 minutes so I appreciate that he did the job efficiently and charged accurately too.He also explained clearly what went wrong and what needs to be fixed. Would use this company again if another appliance breaks.

This service is very professional. Texted with an arrival time and promptly sorted the problems with handles falling off our appliances. Got quotes straight away but also went back to his company to see if he had parts to save the cost of new.Highly recommended - so happy I googled the right guy/company for the job.

The Norwest Appliance team were very easy to deal with when we needed a fault with our double oven fixed. Mike quickly diagnosed the problem and had the parts ordered in no time. Great communication. We would definitely use them again.

We were referred to Norwest by Panasonic. We had fantastic communication from Rebecca who was very responsive and could book us in quickly. We had Wolf diagnose an issue with our Oven and repairs by Damon. Both were friendly, fast and explained things to us so we could understand the issue and next steps. Great service.

Absolutely recommend Norwest Appliance Services. My kitchen appliances are now over 10 years old so starting to break down! Wolf came and efficiently identified and fixed the issue with the Westinghouse oven elements not working in Feb 2023, then Mike came and fixed the LG dishwasher with new drain pump in April 2023. Both times they were knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and gave me a price for the parts required when on site, so I could make the decision on whether worth doing. Brilliant. The price was really reasonable too. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This update supersedes my previous review, as the almost immediate response from Mike (owner of NWA) with a genuine offer to make things right, came with his personal service & expertise, including follow ups until the situation was resolved to a more than satisfactory outcome & the invitation to deal directly with him in the future. So thanks Mike, you more than “ walked the talk, “ & it’s greatly appreciated *_~* * * * * it is!

The job was booked in a few days after my email request. Jason arrived in good time of the allocated time slot. He was courteous, professional and fast. He replaced the oven door hinges and we were able to enjoy roast pork with crackled crackling for the first time since I have lived in the house. He even didn't make me feel bad when I asked what the black thing he had taken out if the oven was- it was a glass light cover. I highly highly recommend this company!

Service was excellent from reception advice and booking through to prompt and efficient repair work. Wolf gave very useful advice and diagnosed and repaired our washing machine in no time. Very grateful.

Awesome service from the Northwest Appliance Team. The customer service provided by the office team was really on point from the time of the appointment booking to keeping me in loop until the technician arrival. Mike who was the technician arrived on time, investigate the issue with my dryer, replaced the faulty part and performed the required testing. All done and dusted within an hour. I’m very happy to say that Mike has provided life to my 20-year old dryer which is now working as good as a brand new one and saving me tons of money from having to purchase a new one. Overall I’m a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for appliance repair services.
