Bridgestone Tyre Centre

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a repair shop. I came in with a flat tire, and their staff was able to get that tire replaced as well as replace another badly worn tire. Jordan, at the front desk, also coordinated all the phone calls with my car rental company, and figure out how to get the tire replacement paid for. All of this was done in a matter of 30 mins and I was out the door, without doing a thing. So thankful for these guys. Highly recommend.

I normally hate getting things done to my car- purely because I have no idea what I’m talking about, and fear spending more than I need to. But I went in to Bridgestone where Leigh came and offered me a hand. He was super nice and honest, I thought I needed to fork out on a new tyre, but Leigh fixed it for 1/4 of the price!Excellent service guys,Will definitely be back.

Very impressed with the staff here. They were professional, courteous, friendly and very helpful. We were touring the South Island last week and had a flat tire. Upon changing it we found the spare tire in the boot of the rental had a screw in it! We were lucky that tire held long enough to allow us to get to queenstown & find this tire service. We just drove in without appointment, & Richard and his mates not only fixed the flat in record time, but also did the spare & remounted the tire & stowed the flat and helped with all the luggage we had in the boot. We were quickly back on the road to continue our NZ holiday. I told the car rental company they should consider replacing the car tires with Bridgestones from this centre. Great to meet such kind folks. Thanks!

Called in the morning to make an appointment and were assured they had the tire we needed. Made an appointment for early afternoon (based on their availability) and when we arrived they told us they sold all 4 of the tires they had that morning. It really left us in a bad spot.

Top spot in terms of customer service and friendliness. I’ve had some mixed experiences at auto shops around Queenstown, but Mike and the team here were so great. Super friendly, trustworthy, and helpful. Will never look anywhere else and feel really lucky that I ended up choosing this tyre shop.

This place was amazing. We were in a big time crunch to get 2 rear tires and they were really flexible in making it happen for us with no trouble at all. We went into things not expecting much, and received such a good and accommodating response from them. They squeezed us into their day, inspected our tires, gave us honest, safe, and money conscious recommendations, and were very trustworthy in that regard. They were able to order what we needed on the spot and we had our van back to their shop the very next morning, and the tires on within 30 minutes. We can't thank them enough for the job they did and how they went about doing it. Such friendly and awesome guys. Thank you so much, you made a stressful time much easier for us.

What a wonderful place full of wonderful staff and in particular the beautiful Irishman who helped me out. Showed me all his qualifications and was just fantastically brilliant at everything. Definitely reccomend a pay rise/bonus!

Highly recommend. Bought my vehicle in to get the alignment checked. I thought I needed to replace 2 tyres, but Sam ensured me that I still had plenty of tread to be safe on the road. Jordan at the front desk was very helpful also.
