Great amount and quality of product. Parking out front, always a bonus but the best thing about Fishing Direct is the friendly, personable, knowledgeable staff.

Awesome shop with an awesome range of top quality gear. The staff there have an extensive range of knowledge and are always willing to give you advice. Been there a few times now and will probably never go anywhere else, Eric espically has been awesome in giving me advice on what i should be doing when i head out and show me the right gear to use

Certainly worth shopping with them if yiu want to be ripped off. Sent incorrect item hoping I did not notice of a lower grade model than ordered. Then stated if I want what I ordered I would have to pay an additional $150 reven though they still had the reel on the website at the price I payed as well as the cheaper model the tried to bait and switch. It's your choice if you trade with these criminals. A formal complaint is been made to the commerce commission and the advertising standards authorityWell and truly a case of BUYER BEWARE

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! PROMPT EFFICIENT SERVICE! We ordered two rods and two reels to a rural location 5 hours out of Auckland. These were received as an overnight package. They were well packed and arrived in great condition ( also, SHOUT OUT to the courier's.) We are yet to try out our rods, but will definitely return to shop for any future fishing needs because of how awesome this experience has been.

I've been coming here for about 5 years now is amazing the change. The service that Andy provides is definitely first class. I particularly love the game setup there, if you haven't been you should definitely have a look your self you won't forget it.
