Gilligan Business School

Don’t waste your money on these courses they are out of date and full of errors. I recently completed the Small business accounting course and was going to complete a couple more however the course had numerous errors throughout and several final figures they provided were incorrect meaning you could never balance to the numbers they provided. This meant I wasted a lot of time and frustration and upon emailing was simply told “Sorry” and upon return of my assessment was found I was correct. The course Information is also very out of date (eg 3 weeks annual leave per year) and support was zero. I emailed the issues I found and asked for an explanation as to how a course I had paid good money for had so many errors and on return email these questions were simply ignored and avoided. I certainly don’t have faith in their ability to provide good quality courses after my experience and have decided to continue with another company going forward. I’m sure Gilligan business school once upon a time was great, however things have gone very down hill and they should no longer be offering or providing a service they cannot keep updated to relevant information.
