JAE Carpet Cleaning Waikato

We have used JAE before some years ago; this time it was to dry out our lounge, hall and a bedroom after the flood just before Christmas.These people are excellent. From the initial call to clean up, they set expectations of timeliness and met those expectations every time.Sir Lee is a great communicator and helped us to get the flood cleaned up in good time, even when it was over the holiday period.Madison kept us informed of when to expect the technicians.All in all, this has been the best service experience we have ever had.Congratulations JAE Waikato, you're simply the best!Bernard Bailey11/01/2023

Jae Services did the flood restoration work on my property. They are so professional, responsive and on time. Excellent in communication with attention to details on all my requests. We use JAE Waikato for our pest control. The team is excellent. Jenna in the office is fantastic. Namu is so diligent with our bait stations, and truly friendly and professional. Our little boy loves his visits! Due to his services, we have no vermon problems despite living in the country!

Ruby is an absolute legend at JAE Carpet Cleaning. :) I took in a rug, not sure about its cleaning as several dry cleaners have declined to clean it, due to some problematic technical issues. I left the rug with Ruby and she consulted one of the JAE technicians, who advised that the rug may be damaged through the commercial cleaning process. Ruby then not only referred me to their partner carpet cleaning company for further advice, but organised to have the rug delivered to the partner company. The partner company also advised against cleaning the rug commercially as it may be damaged. Ruby promptly called me to inform me of the situation and arranged with one of the JAE technicians to have the rug delivered back to my home. Even though the rug could not be cleaned, I am so impressed by Ruby's friendly and professional customer service. It was an absolute joy dealing with her and I really appreciate it that she went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best advice. Thank you, Ruby. You're a star!
