Managed to choose a very personalised bracelet based on NZ specific charms for my wife, (that I neglected to do when we were last in NZ and regretted since) with the help of a locally based family member. Took quite a time to arrange and involved a few trips to the store for her ,but from 12,000 miles away it was pretty efficient and the end result was a triumph. Everything is slow right now and delays to shipping etc. unavoidable but the staff at Silvermoon were fantastic and went out of their way to help, particularly Leanne and initially Manisha. All turned out well in the end and very grateful to everyone for a great service.

Went in to Glenfield Mall today to buy a ring I had been thinking about for a while. The shop assistant Maria was so lovely, let me try on all the different options and was very sweet and patient the whole time. Had a great experience and will definitely shop here again!

I feel that this shop is a rip-off. I recently purchased a silver ring, but when I tried to return it the next day because it didn't fit me, the shopkeeper didn't have my correct size. Unfortunately, they refused to give me a refund. This experience made me believe that this shop does not value its customers and is a complete rip-off. Additionally, the manager was very rude and unhelpful throughout the process. This incident occurred at Glenfield Mall, and I strongly advise against shopping there. They also claimed to have a shop in St Luke's Mall, but it was closed down. I still have an $80 voucher, but I'm unable to purchase anything with it as the prices are not worth the value. I want to caution others against shopping there as it seems to be a trap for customers.
